All orders are processed during our standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will begin preparing it for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

3. Shipping Process & Tracking

After your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a second email containing a unique tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your shipment directly with the carrier.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, correct, and secure delivery address at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. EBOXRE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, any reshipment may be subject to additional charges.

5. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are unclaimed, refused, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be returned to our facility. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment, which may incur additional fees. If reshipment is not possible, a refund for the product(s) will be issued, minus the original and return shipping costs.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, please note that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, as EBOXRE has no control over them. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
