Return Policy

At EBOXRE, we stand behind the quality of our bags, luggage, and travel goods. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. You must initiate the return within 30 calendar days from the date you received the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

Items not in their original condition, with tags removed, or with damaged packaging.

Any item that is returned without first contacting our customer service team.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at service@eboxre.com within the 30-day return period. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

4. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email about the status of your return.

Approved Return: If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the cost of original outbound shipping is non-refundable.

Declined Return: If the item does not meet our return policy conditions, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

5. Refunds

After your return is approved, it may take some time for the refund to be processed and posted to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Items

We take great care in packing your orders. If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at service@eboxre.com with your order number and photos of the product issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you.
